Oil and water phase at 70-75°C. 2. Disperse water phase until obtain a homogeneous gel in main vessel. 3. With high shear stirrer, emulsify oil phase in water phase up to 10 minutes. 4. In the first 5 minutes, add slowly phase (4) because the viscosity decreases. Re-adjust stirrer speed and complete the emulsifying process. 5. Then, with gentle stirrer, add phase (3) with stirring up to 20 min, to achieve the desired viscosity. 6. When the temperature is less than 40°C, add remaining phases, one by one.
Appearance: White cream. pH: 5.80 - 6.50. Viscosity (20°C, spindle 7, 100 rpm): 10.000- 12.000 cps. Stability Test: 3 month at RT, 40°C, 50°C.
